Lumineuze Belgium Ships to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and the United Kingdom only.

For an efficient delivery, the customer should try to fill out all acquired field as complete and correct as possible. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Whenever your region does not have a postal code, mention “not applicable” in this field.

Belgium: 6 euros
Netherlands: 7,5 euros
France, Germany and UK: 9 euros

Delivery options

Delivery is organized in two different ways, by Bpost or at home by us (if you are located in arrondissement Leuven).

Delivery by Bpost

Subject to availability, we will endeavour to fulfil your order for product(s) listed in the order confirmation within 5 working days from the date of the acknowledgment of receipt unless there are exceptional circumstances. We are not responsible for delays of Bpost.

Please note that Bpost delivers during working hours. Therefore, please do not give an address where the recipient is most of the day not at home.

Delivery at home by us

Subject to availability, we will endeavour to fulfill your order for product(s) listed in the order confirmation within 5 working days from the date of the acknowledgment of receipt unless there are exceptional circumstances. This service is only applicable if you life in the arrondissement Leuven). Please note that the shipping costs remain the same for at home delivery by us or by Bpost.

Delivery period

The delivery time given by us is indicative and can never be seen as binding except when explicitly agreed otherwise. The consumer will not be entitled for compensation for the articles that had a late delivery.

Reasons for delays could be:

  • Customization of products
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Delivery area

If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date you will be kept informed.

Please keep in mind that delivery by Bpost will fall during working hours and delivery by us will fall outside working hours.

For the purpose of these Terms “delivery” or “delivered” shall be deemed to have occurred upon signing for receipt of the products at the agreed delivery address.

Unable to deliver

Delivery by Bpost

If Bpost was unable to deliver after two attempts tbecause you were absent at the moment of delivery, you will find a note in your mailbox offering you either to have the postal services return to your address on another day, or you can choose to pick up your order at the local post office. It will remain at the local post office for 10 days. If the delivery is not collected at the post office within these 10 days, the delivery will be returned to Lumineuze Belgium. In this case, the customer will pay for the shipping costs and the costs for returning and cancelation (with exception of the costs of the product itself). Lumineuze Belgium will send the package to the new address of the customer if the customer accepts to pay for shipment again.

Delivery at home by us

Delivery at home by Lumineuze Belgium will be arranged by one of our staff members. Before delivery we will contact you through email to make sure that you are home. If you were absent at the moment of delivery, a second attempt of delivery can be organized. The costs of this second delivery will be entirely on your behalf.

The buyer agrees to provide any useful information regarding delivery, such as time and difficulty level, so the seller can choose the mode of transportation. If the goods cannot be delivered as a result of the lack of information of the buyer, the latter will bear the cost of a second presentation.

Risk and title

The customer will be responsible for potential loss or damages of the products from the moment that the products are delivered. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
